Ecareers sister company is growing and is now looking for a part-time person to support a sustainability agency with client projects related to climate calculations and climate data. The role is suitable for you who thrive in analysis, structure, and data-driven sustainability work – and who wants to work practically close to companies in their transition.

You will work on assignments where companies need support to calculate, structure, and analyze their greenhouse gas emissions according to the GHG protocol. The work is project-based and the scope varies over time.

• Conduct climate calculations according to GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3)

• Data collection and quality assurance of climate data

• Calculations based on activity data, spend data, and emission factors

• Work with emission databases (e.g., DEFRA, Ecoinvent, EXIOBASE, or similar)

• Contribute to climate accounting and sustainability reporting

• Assist clients in structuring supplier data and emission bases

• Participate in the development of methodology and working methods in our deliveries

• Engineering background or equivalent technical/sustainability-oriented education

• Experience with climate calculations according to the GHG protocol

• Knowledge in LCA or environmental system analysis

• Good data skills and very good knowledge of Excel (or similar analytical tools)

• Experience from the construction, installation, or industrial sector is a plus

• Understanding of material data, energy use, and supply chains

• Experience with EPDs and construction-related climate data

• Work with climate declarations or project emissions

• Knowledge of CSRD/VSME or sustainability reporting

• Experience with digital tools for climate calculations

• Ability to explain complex data in an educational way to clients

• Employed on an hourly basis in assignments with flexible scope

• Work is primarily remote, with some client dialogues as needed

• Start date according to agreement
